- Return Due to the nature of food products (dry fruits, spices, and consumables), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product
Expired product delivered
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos of the product and packaging).
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. - Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used food items
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
Products returned after 24 hours of delivery - Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable - Replacement / Exchange
In case of wrong, damaged, or defective products, we may offer:
Replacement of the same product, or
Refund, as per your preference and product availability - Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
